SIGNAL Food Stores (SIGNAL GO Rewards or “we” or “us”) and Scrivener Oil Company is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Statement sets out our privacy policy and explains what we do with the personal information that we collect from you. Becoming a SIGNAL GO Rewards Card member is free. When you enroll, we collect your name, address and other personal information. We store this information so that we can administer the program properly, process your rewards, and communicate valuable offers to you based on your interests. As a member, you will be eligible to receive rewards that may include but not limited to coupons, discounts, and special members only offers.

THEREFORE, this privacy policy agreement shall apply to SIGNAL GO Rewards, and thus it shall govern any and all data collection and usage thereof. Through the use of www.SIGNALGO.com or any other company website you are herein consenting to the following data procedures expressed within this agreement.

As a member you may set your own Privacy Boundaries and choose to “opt out” of almost any mailings at any time, or change your mind about what you have agreed to receive previously.

By becoming a member, you agree to receive correspondence related to SIGNAL GO Rewards and marketing offers from SIGNAL Food Store. Any personal information that you supply to us remains your property. However, by submitting that information to SIGNAL GO Rewards, you grant to us the right to use your personal information for any legal purpose including, without limitation: a) providing promotional offers to you by means of e-mail advertising, text messages via cell phone, direct mail marketing and/or online banner advertising; b) for validation, suppression, and content improvement and feedback purposes. In addition, you agree that we may contact you with updates and/or any other information that we may deem appropriate for you to receive in connection with your account and the website.

If, for any reason, you choose to end your membership with SIGNAL GO Rewards Card, we will permanently delete your personal information from our records.

What information does Signal gather about you?

SIGNAL collects information about our customer/members so that we can provide more interesting and useful services, as well as more appropriate advertising. We ask for your name, e-mail address, and other personal information when you register to use certain features of our website. We also may ask for this information at other times, such as when you enter contests or other promotions sponsored by Signal and/or our partners. We sometimes conduct surveys as well, although you do not have to respond to them. We do not give, rent or sell member information to anyone outside of SIGNAL. SIGNAL, the owner and operator of SIGNAL GO Rewards, promises not to share your data.

How Do We Respect Children’s Privacy?

Our site is not directed at children under the age of 16. We operate our site in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from anyone under 16.

If you suspect an error in your points balance, we urge you to bring this to our attention in the same ways listed above. We will investigate any potential discrepancies between your records and ours. If we determine that an error has occurred, we will correct it, and make sure you receive the points to which you are entitled.
